About the Role

We're looking for a highly creative and execution-oriented Full-Stack Social Media Manager to help build the daily content engine behind 13 Weeks Strong.

This is an early-stage startup role for someone who loves creating content, moving quickly, and helping grow a mission-driven brand from the ground up. You'll work directly with the founders to turn real client transformations, coaching insights, and day-to-day momentum into engaging social content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.

The founders will lead the brand vision and messaging strategy. Your role is to bring that vision to life through consistent, high-quality content creation, editing, posting, and audience engagement.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in startup environments, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and wants meaningful ownership in building something early.

What You'll Do

  • Capture, edit, and publish short-form video content across Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
  • Produce and publish short-form videos using founder content, testimonials, transformations, coaching insights, trends, and behind-the-scenes footage — cadence and schedule to be co-developed with founders
  • Attend content shoots, founder sessions, cohort events, and occasional in-person meetings in Utah County as needed
  • Manage the day-to-day execution of all social media posting and scheduling
  • Collaborate closely with founders to execute the company's content vision and messaging
  • Identify opportunities to turn conversations, coaching moments, testimonials, and trends into engaging social content
  • Write captions, organize content calendars, and maintain publishing consistency across platforms
  • Monitor comments, DMs, and community engagement to help strengthen audience connection
  • Manage and maintain the Stan Store funnel and support lead-generation workflows
  • Track content performance and identify patterns that improve engagement, reach, and conversions
  • Stay current on social trends, editing styles, hooks, and creator best practices to keep content fresh and competitive
  • Help establish scalable content systems as the company grows

How You'll Succeed

Success in this role will be measured by: increasing short-form video reach and engagement (likes/comments), driving qualified leads via the Stan Store funnel, and maintaining a consistent daily publishing cadence.

About You

  • 2–4+ years of experience creating and publishing social-first content for brands, creators, startups, or agencies
  • Strong video shooting and editing skills, especially for short-form vertical content
  • Proficiency with editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or similar platforms
  • Deep familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and creator-style content formats
  • Ability to move quickly while maintaining strong creative quality and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently and managing priorities in a startup environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Self-starter mentality with a bias toward action and problem-solving

You'll stand out with:

  • Passion for fitness, wellness, personal development, or transformational storytelling
  • Experience helping grow an early-stage brand or creator account
  • Experience working directly with founders or entrepreneurs
  • Photography, motion graphics, or podcast editing experience
  • Familiarity with Stan Store or creator monetization funnels
  • Fitness, coaching, or wellness industry experience

Join the Team

As one of the company's first hires, this role will play a major part in helping shape the voice, visibility, and growth of 13 Weeks Strong. We're looking for someone excited by the opportunity to build alongside the founders and contribute meaningfully to a growing mission-driven company.

You can expect from us:

  • Flexible work environment and schedule — remote or in-person at our Lehi, UT office
  • Flexible time off (FTO)
  • Clear communication, goals, and targets
  • Work-related travel reimbursement
  • Career growth opportunities as the company grows
  • $65,000–$75,000+ DOE + bonus/equity opportunity
