The full program is $498 for 13 weeks, billed at $166/month for three months. For your convenience, you are automatically enrolled in the next 13-week cycle. You can cancel at any time.

Yes. It runs on a 3-month payment plan (The total for the 13 Weeks Strong program is $498). You are automatically enrolled in the next 13-week cycle at the same rate, but you can cancel at any time. After your 13 weeks, you can subscribe to the app for $90/month (including the app and chat with a coach) if you want continued support.

What happens if I cancel after the first 30 days?

What is the “No-Shame Reset”?

If you’re struggling, you can request a one-time reset instead of canceling. A Strong Community Coach must approve the reset. If approved, you’ll restart with the next cohort for free—a second chance with no guilt attached.

Is there 1:1 coaching?

Yes—via asynchronous support in the app and Slack. Coaches typically respond within a few hours. There are no 1:1 scheduled calls; your weekly live touchpoint is the group Zoom call.

Who leads the weekly Zoom call?

A certified Strong Coach who has experienced a successful13 Weeks Strong transformation. These are dynamic sessions focused on learning, questions, problem-solving, and community accountability.

Can I join mid-cycle?

No. We know success depends on community, so each 13 Weeks Strong cycle begins with a new cohort of people. However, you can get access to the app and set up your account. But don't worry, a new cycle starts at the first Monday of each month.

Are my data, progress photos, and measurements shared with others?

We take your privacy very seriously. Your data is only shared with your coach. You always have control over what you share.

Do I need specific equipment?
▼
We provide customized workout plans to fit your equipment and space (including no equipment at all). However, we recommend having access to a barbell, dumbbells, and a squat rack for the best results.

Is this open outside the US?
