Join The Program & Set Up Your App

As soon as you join, you'll:

  • Download the 13 Weeks Strong app
  • Complete your consultation form
  • Schedule with a Coach for a 30 minute zoom onboarding call to set goals and launch your program
  • Add starting photos and metrics (private to you)
  • Join the Slack Community and introduce yourself
  • Schedule a "before" Dexa scan

Start Your 13-Week Cycle

Every participant begins a fresh 13-week cycle with their cohort the first Monday of the month.

Your program is organized around weekly progress to build and maintain momentum:

Set your pattern for dealing with bad days

Find an area to push harder

Lock in deeper consistency

Each week you'll practice new habits and routines, and confront challenges that will arise.

Each week, you'll take:

  • A quick progress photo (private)
  • Updated body metrics
  • Write a short reflection on wins, struggles, and lessons to your coach

These create a real record of your transformation—and anchor your identity shift.

Every week, you'll join a live group Zoom call led by a Coach who has made a 13 Week transformation.

These sessions combine:
